Personal Documents
In your application to study abroad in Japan. Personalized sheets of paper are essential. Because this will be your information throughout the learning process.
1. Photo
Background, white white, taken within 3 months
Dimensions: 3×4 cm (10 Pcs) and 4.5 x 4.5 cm (2 Pcs), 4×6 cm (8 Pcs)
Quantity: Total 20 Pcs
2. Birth certificate
Quantity: 2 photo proofs
Note: The photo proof must have the number and corner number in the top right corner. Evidence within 6 months from the date of visa application
3. Student ID card
Quantity: 2 photo proofs
Notes:
Map photo evidence must identify the face, determine the number and minimum time is 6 months
The two sides of the letter of proof must be on the same side of sheet A4
4. ID card of the guarantor
(Priority is given to students’ parents. Special cases can be brothers, sisters or others)

5. Household registration with student information

7. Student work confirmation (if ever working)
Quantity: 1 original and 2 proofs
8. Curriculum vitae
Original, with photos and confirmation of the commune/ward
9. Health certificate

Educational Documents
Educational documents are an important component of the Japanese study abroad application. You should carefully prepare the following sheets of paper.
1. Degree
High school diploma or temporary graduation certificate
Intermediate/College/University diploma (if graduated); or student confirmation/student card (if not graduated)
Quantity: 1 original + 2 photo proofs
2. Study/transcript
Intermediate/College/University transcript
Notes: 1 original + 3 photo proofs
(Note: If the price is case by case, you will be required to apply for both a degree and high school inter-level study along with transcripts and an Intermediate/College/University degree. )
Financial Study Documents
Financial documents are also extremely important in your application to study abroad in Japan. If you lack or are not financially transparent, your study will be very difficult.
Savings book (with surplus confirmation): Minimum 500 million
Prove source of income: minimum 300 million/year
- For private business households: business license, tax return for the most recent 3 years.
- For employees: Job confirmation, salary list, decision to add positions (additional: business license, tax return for the last 3 years of the company or working agency)
- For agricultural households: Red book of real estate or land use rights certificate, declaration of minimum income for the most recent 3 years (certified by local authorities)
- In the case of business capital: there must be a capital contribution margin, dividend papers, interest….
